Realcom has therefore developed a Synk Service product that can administrate and monitor these deliveries. The Sync Service is a management and control unit for all connected integrations, where it displays statuses for all running processes. Notifications ensures early detection and action if deviations occur, and control tower can be customized for clients own follow up. Realcoms Synk Service is often connected to a Cloud Server where information should be available at all times also outside of the companies own network.
